Seven days, no questions, no form. If Charmling isn't for you, say so and we will refund it.

How to get a refund

Reply to your receipt email, or write to support@charmling.app from the address you bought with. Tell us nothing more than that you want a refund. We do not ask why, we do not counter-offer, and we do not make you fill anything in.

When

Within seven days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Polar, our payment provider, and typically appear within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Try it before you pay

Charmling comes with seven free days built in — download it and the whole app runs, no card, no account. When the week ends the charm goes to sleep until a licence wakes it. The refund above sits on top of that free week, not instead of it. Everything the app does is described on the guide, including exactly what it needs to run, so you can decide before you pay rather than after.

Your statutory rights

If you bought as a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, which sits alongside — and where it is more generous, overrides — everything above. We will not ask you to waive it.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. A chargeback costs a solo developer a fee on top of the refund and takes months to resolve, and we will have already said yes.
